We are a well-established national wholesale distributor of premium skincare products and medical laser equipment located in Wangara.
We are looking for a customer service superstar who thrives from working in a busy environment.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our national database of customers. Attention to detail is must, with the ability to work autonomously but also a team player with a good sense of humour.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not limited to;
- Processing customer orders
- Invoicing
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Reception duties
- Assisting with customer enquires
- Receiving customer feedback
- Data entry
- Delegating leads
- Ad hoc office duties
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Experience in an administration role
- A strong work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise a high volume of work
- Ability to maintain composure at all times
- Problem solving skills
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP Business 1 (desirable)
