Due to business growth, we are seeking Rostering Officers to join the National Operations team nearby to Rydalmere. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day rostering of security personnel. This role would also assist in dispatching patrols as required, liaising with external emergency services and general administrative duties.
Your new role:
- Ensuring security personnel are rostered in accordance with their conditions of employment and requirements
- Identifying and rectifying resource shortfalls
- Data entry of shifts into the rostering system
- Handle incoming calls from staff and clients and reacting to their needs
- Dispatch patrols
- Liaise with external emergency service and general duties
Your profile:
- Experience in the operation of a rostering system and rostering experience
- Control room experience (highly desirable)
- Exceptional customer service focus skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- A mature outlook and the ability to converse with all levels of management and staff
