Concept is a privately owned Australian company, who for over 37 years has supplied Australian manufacturers in the Cosmetic, Personal Care and Homecare markets as an established importer and distributor.

With our head office based in Pymble, Sydney, we utilise an extensive warehousing and logistics network to supply and service customers across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. We are moving to new offices in the lower Northern Beaches in Q4 of this year.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting our customers by providing end to end support: inbound sales enquiries, logistics, service and delivery, as well as support to sales. You will achieve this by working together as a close-knit team of 4 operations/logistics team members managing partnerships, responding to customer enquiries, processing customer orders and providing stock logistics management across all warehouses.

Skills and experience

We are looking for an incredibly organised and happily efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks and spontaneous challenges. A team player who can take responsibility.

•    Experience with ERP Software is a must: ideally, you have proficiency in using Odoo (Open ERP) system
•    Proficiency in Office 365, (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•    Experience with Import/Freight Forwarding logistics within the Australian market
•    Familiar with Incoterms, FCL, LCL & Airfreight
•    Previous order processing experience with demonstrated ability to follow through with a timely & accurate response
•    Able to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
•    A rigorous and meticulous work style with impeccable attention to detail
•    Excellent communication skills internally & externally
