About the role

We are looking for a customer service and administration gun to manage the link between the warehouse to our customers. You will do everything you can to ensure customers get what they need quickly and seamlessly. You will deal with the major supermarkets, distributors, direct customers, production team and warehouses directly and building relationships with them, while at the same time keeping them honest. It is no mean feat!

Your key activities include (but not always limited to)

  • Responsibility for all order processing and invoicing (online business, distributors, supermarkets, direct customer orders)

  • Manage delivery scheduling of our products to the end customers

  • Responsible for order tracking and verification to ensure smooth delivery and no issues

  • New customer setup and on boarding

  • General office support (supplies ordering, printing, mailouts, couriers)

  • Investigate and solve customer issues

  • Accounts Receivables administration and follow up

  • Month-end reporting

  • Production forecasting

  • Inventory management

  • Continuously evolving and driving process improvements across our business

Skills and experience

You are:

Experience dealing with Coles And Woolworths is a positive however not a necessity. Background in FMCG, logistics or distribution or in a customer service or administrative role would be advantageous.
