McColl's Transport is one of Australia's leading Tanker Transport companies, operating throughout Australia, specialising in the transportation of Bulk Food, Farm Milk and Bulk Chemicals, employing over 440 people nationally.
We currently have a contracted 12 month maternity leave opening for a Part time Administration assistant to join our team, based in Prestons. This role will commence on 1st October 2018.
This position will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Administrative duties including filing, answering of telephone and providing day to day support;
- Assisting with data updating and input.
- Creation of Customer invoices.
- Raising of Credit and Debit notes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role within an office environment;
- Relevant certificate or degree in business administration;
- A strong focus on safety;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and computer skills;
- The ability to work within a team environment;
- Knowledge of Freight 2020 software preferred but not essential.
