My client a leading financial service provider is looking for a Team Assistant to join their highly successful sales team on a permanent basis. Based in the CBD in brand new offices, this is the perfect opportunity for a highly organised receptionist to take the next step in their career.
  
Your key responsibilities will be:
Personal Assistant
•        High level secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Sales and the greater team
•        Manage incoming calls & correspondence
•        Diary management and scheduling of meetings
•        Co-ordinating travel and accommodation requirements for leadership group and the greater team
•        Process expenses for extended leadership group
•        Undertake special projects as directed
•        Event organisation and run successful Sales conferences twice a year
•        Discretion is key as you will have access to confidential corporate and financial information
•        Maintain phone lists, staff photos and databases where required
•        Managing the daily office tasks including sorting mail, incoming emails, faxes, managing meeting rooms, kitchen maintained, couriers, invoicing and client queries
•        Keep all meeting rooms clean, tidy and in order with appropriate stocks. Equipment should be maintained and up to date cleaning products, chairs, whiteboards, flip charts, phone lists etc.
•        Provide administrative support for the office
•        Manage archives & register
•        Assisting the EA with administrative duties, including event planning & implementation
•        Managing invoices for the office
  
You would ideally come from a large corporate environment with 2-4 years' experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant. You will be immaculately presented, super organised and love planning and running successful events. A minimum of Certificate 3 In business Administration is preferred.
