Our Client is an Award-Winning Project Home and Interior Design specialist who is located in the heart of Parramatta. They are seeking to appoint a switched on Office Administrator that is looking to work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
You will manage up to 50 homes at once within the greater Sydney region, which will include dream homes for clients, investment opportunities, and re-locations. Your role will ensure the timely progression of their projects through varying external authorities, as you will act as a liaison between the company and the client.
You will be managing the process, dealing with internal and external teams and constantly developing new and existing relationships.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great computer and IT skills.
- Energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Proven success in developing new relationships.
- Outgoing and Bubbly personality.
- Previous experience in the Interior Design/Project Home Industry is desirable but not essential.
