The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day activity of (experience is not mandatory) administrative and personnel services in order to meet financial requirements and support operations. You can gain great office experience using both English and Japanese

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Administration tasks for to help ensure smooth and efficient operation of the daily business
• Answer enquiries by email or by phone in English and Japanese
• Administration of on-hire base employees including time sheets and contracts.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Entering data into computer system
• Performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:

  
QUALIFICATIONS:

• l Business level English ability as well as Japanese language skill
• l Similar office experience is plus
