Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with a range of inbound enquiries via phone, social media, the website and email
  • Get customer orders out the door and in our customer’s hands as quickly and accurately as possible
  • Resolve issues with customers when things don’t quite work out
  • Build effective working relationships with customers – the photography community is important to us
  • Provide a high level of service at all times that sets the bar
  • General administration, data entry and other tasks – every job has it, even the good ones!
  • Event coordination and support across a range of conferences, workshops, events, instameets plus more
  • Help us spread the word about our great products!
  • Local and domestic travel could be up to 15% of the role.

Who we are looking for:

  • You will have relevant customer service experience, be an excellent team player and be able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with landscape and long exposure photography
  • Experience handling calls and responding to e-mails and social media queries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customers and tasks;
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Good computer skills
