The day to day responsibilities are as follows:
- Answering the phones for our Double Bay office, taking messages and transferring calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Small administration tasks for some of the sales team
- Diary & boardroom management
- Office management
- Weekend work required
Also within this role you will need to have experience with following systems for all of our marketing needs:
- Campaigntrack, for all of local and Australia wide marketing products and publications
- REINSW electronic forms
- Uploading properties into domain.com.au and realestate.com.au
An up-to-date certificate of registration, current drivers licence and car is a must to secure this role.
