Great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to work from home with flexible hours.
In this hands-on and diverse role, you will enjoy supporting the Director with their administration and general day to day client servicing. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes and screening candidates, writing advertisements and posting across multiple sites, invoicing, credit control, conducting references, sourcing candidates from the insurance industry, preparing resume reports, maintaining client and candidate contact lists.
To be successful in securing this fantastic role you will be self-motivated, ability to prioritise with a high level of attention to detail, a demonstrated track record of working unassisted, excellent computer literacy along with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, great interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of initiative. A minimum of 5 years administration experience including 2 years general insurance industry experience is essential. Previous exposure or experience with recruitment will be highly regarded.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work part-time witha well-respected organization that offers flexibility of hours and variety of work. The successful candidate must be able to commit to the equivalent of 2-3 days a week (working Monday’s is essential) and be available to attend occasional client meetings and functions in Sydney. This role would suit an experienced insurance professional with strong administration skills or a return to work mother seeking flexible part-time hours with previous insurance experience.
