We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work across general administration and reception duties within our busy Perth CBD offices. This role will involve you being the face of the business and first point of contact positioned at the front of house, covering reception whilst managing general office administration. This role will suit someone with 1-2 years of office experience or a recent graduate who is looking for an opportunity to grow their skills. For this role you will need to have full, nonrestrictive Australian work rights. 
 
Responsibilities and duties:
  • Assist with management of the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office and general administration support to the business as a whole
  • Coordinating meetings, events and manage the overall scheduling of the “Corporate Calendar” and “Business Calendar”
  • Co-ordinate staff functions and events, liaising with Management where appropriate;
  • Drafting, editing and distributing correspondence, emails, letters, documents and presentations to a very high level of English
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to draft written correspondence with good grammar and accuracy
  • Efficiently managing a large volume of incoming emails and calls and pre-screening with an excellent telephone manner
  • Monitor, prioritise and file incoming correspondence and refer tasks to the relevant functions using discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Research and undertake projects as required
  • Having foresight of upcoming needs and project requirements
  • Assisting HR, Recruitment and Finance with documentation and tasks including expenses, invoicing, contracts, screening, meetings and in-house communications
  • Checking and sorting out the mail and generic company email inboxes
  • Ensuring the office and kitchen area is tidy and free of clutter at all times, giving a very professional first impression to any visitors greeting each one by name where appropriate
  • Personal Assistant duties to Senior Management
  • Schedule meeting rooms and organise meeting room diaries and cleaning meeting rooms after every use
  • ESSENTIAL – Full Australian Work Rights and a very strong command of English both written and verbal
This role will be based in the Perth CBD, and will be a permanent position. Salary will be fixed between $35k to $40k PA Including Super. We look forward to receiving your application.
