ABOUT THE ROLE
What will you be doing day in day out? Simple, looking after our customers. Whether that is finalising the purchase of a product that helps transform someone’s home… or assisting in a finance application… or helping organise a delivery… or fixing a problem to deliver the best service in the industry… it is all about the customer!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
So what are we looking for? We are looking for passionate people who enjoy the interaction with customers. Our customers are everything to us.
Someone that has a great phone manner, can put people at ease and see problems as a challenge not an issue.
To be successful in this role you must have retail experience, customer service skills, intermediate computer skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
Our team work across a seven day per week roster and weekends will be required in this role. You must have cash handling experience, attention to detail along with flexibility and resilience.
