What We Need:
As a Customer Service Specialist at INSKIN COSMEDICS you will be the first point of contact for Partners (Customers) and Prospects and, as such, expected to help extend INSKIN's trademark transparency, integrity and premier customer service experience.
Your new role will include, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Enquiry and Lead Management – Phone, Email and Online
- Freight and Order Delivery Management
- Problem Solving and Partner Management
- Event Support; Taking Bookings, Compiling Support Material, Liaising with Venues, Presenters and Attendees
- Support of National Business Development and Sales Team
- Office Support
You Are:
- Energetic, positive and willing to get your hands dirty
- A team player with an open mind, attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- An excellent communicator particularly proficient on the phone and by email
- Proficient with computers having had some experience with CRM/Account Systems (Netsuite, MYOB or similar are ideal)
- A bubbly personality that understands the importance of professionalism, a willingness to learn and a win-win partnership
- Beauty Industry experience is an added bonus but not necessary!
