About the role

As the Project Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in setting up and delivering projects for the SSO. This position requires multitasking, good communication and team work skills and the ability to meet timelines and deliverables,  as well as,  the ability to set up effective processes and systems.

The responsibilities of the role may shift to meet changing priorities but will include the following:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timeframes including project planning and tracking
  • Coordination of meetings, including compiling reports, preparing papers and recording of meeting and minutes
  • Monitoring, checking and complying with standards and procedures.
  • Communication with stakeholders both internal and external to build and maintain short and long-term networks to achieve the goals of the SSO

Skills and experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
