This role is for someone who wants to join a dedicated customer service team providing telephone support to hospitals, surgeons and the internal sales team across all divisions. In this capacity you will build relationships with regular contacts, order and dispatch stock to customers and track down returned stock from other states and customers. You will need to bring along your responsible and helpful attitude when solving customer issues, your strong eye for detail when entering orders into the system, your quick-thinking and sense of urgency when dealing with emergency procedures, logistical challenges and your intermediate computer skills. Experience in a SAP environment would be advantageous but if you have no office experience, we would still love to consider you for this role.
