The Role
QSuper is seeking an experienced Administration Offices who is interested in a short term temporary opportunity.

We currently have a 6 week temporary assignment (possible extension) commencing ASAP supporting our Underwriting team. This role is full time hours 36.25 hrs per week and is located in Brisbane CBD. As the successful candidate you must be able to commence work at 7:30am one week every fortnight.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has the below skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of administration processes and systems
  • Superannuation or Financial services exposure would be highly regarded however not mandatory
  • Minimum Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, with strong general computer skills
  • Previous administration experience within a service based environment
  • Proven ability to successfully manage sensitive and time critical administrative functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to deliver tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in word processing and data entry skills
  • A can - do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with building management, key internal stakeholders and clients
