This reputable and highly regarded health and education organisation is urgently looking to engage an experienced Senior Project Administrator in a full time capacity
This progressive and dynamic team is working to continually improve services for it's clients and the wider community. At present the project team are focused upon updating and improving their existing systems and associated programs within Public Health. The role holder will need to use their initiative and be proactive in learning the business and grasping the context of the project. If you enjoy a varied role where no day is the same, this may be the role for you!
Role responsibilities;
- Coordination and creation of newly branded client documentation
- Stakeholder management with remote teams
- Secretariat support to committees
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from external clients and internal stakeholders
- Meeting organisation, co-ordination and follow up
- Other ad-hoc project administrative tasks
Role requirements;
- Proven relationship building & remote stakeholder management experience
- Experience of working in the health industry is advantageous\
- A tertiary qualification in either health and/or information or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven exceptional communication skills - written & oral
- Proven organisational skills
