The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide high level, confidential administrative and organisational support to the Executive Manager of Reinsurance Strategy and Operations and other Finance, Operations & Advice Executive Managers as required. This includes the co-ordination & management of diary management, administrative functions and travel arrangements. This role is a 9-12 month contract role in our Sydney CBD Office.
Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities for this role include;
- Maintain and manage a busy and often changing diary. and ensuring relevant meeting materials are available.
- Co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
- Schedule and book all meetings – including room resources, video conferencing, catering and preparing agendas for the Executive Managers as required
- Process accounts payable and AMEX and maintain effective records
- Provide general office support and complete ad hoc administrative tasks where required
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Proven experience in a support role within a busy corporate environment
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate a busy diary and manage conflicting priorities
- Confidence liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Display and work with a sense of urgency, yet possess an eye for detail.
- Maintain a high of confidentiality and discretion
