This internationally known, reputable manufacturer is famous for its world class quality.A junior representative is needed to join the team in the Sydney head office. Its head office located in the Mascot area provides a comfortable working environment with the latest manufacturing technology.
Your new role
Your key role is to be the face of the company. Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Providing impeccable customer service to account managers and customers using email, fax or phone in a consistent and timely manner.
- Following up all customer queries or concerns regarding the business and providing customers with specialised reports when required.
- Assisting with other duties if necessary.
- General admin duties; filing, ordering office supplies etc.
- Ensuring all customers have a positive experience from start to finish with the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role/admin role is essential for your success with this business.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- A successful candidate will possess problem solving skills, a high level of computer literacy and the willingness to learn.
- Your positive attitude and your ability to prioritise and multitask duties will help define your future with the company.
