6 week temporary assignment for a Project Administrator with Primavera P6 and scheduling experience, SOR
Your new company
This industry leading manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide support to their Project Team on a 6 week temporary contract to cover a spout of leave.
Your new role
As the Project Administrator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Provide scheduling support to assigned projects
- Help to monitor and maintain project schedules
- Participate in updating the master schedule and enterprise reporting.
- Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule
- Gather schedule information, update, analyze, and prepare reports of the project’s progress
- Ensure compliance with company scheduling standard operating procedures
- Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will;
- Have experience with preparing schedules for building projects
- Be proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
