CLIENT
With over 20 years’ experience our client is one of Australia’s largest unlisted property fund management organizations with over $11.4 billion of funds under management through their investments in: commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.
ROLE
This role is to provide high level executive and administrative support to the Investor Relations Team and General Manager Strategy and Capital Markets ensuring the smooth running of both functions. Your key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the complexity of investor requests and coordinate responses accordingly
- Diary & email management, liaising with internal and external clients to align diaries. Pre and post meeting preparation
- Screen telephone calls, field enquiries and requests and escalate urgent matters appropriately
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, presentations, collate and coordinate periodic reports, board papers & general correspondence
- Coordinate organisation of meetings, conferences & functions in consultation with the Senior Manager Investor Relations
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships & key contacts
This role is working within a dynamic & fast-paced environment where you will be required to juggle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. This position requires someone who has worked in a professional services environment and is accustom to having managed busy executives. You are a forward thinker who can demonstrate assertiveness where required who is highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail, strong time management skills and above all displays tenacity and determination.
SKILLS
To be successful in the role, you must have the following:
- Adhere to company policy and procedure
- Confident in managing issues, delegating tasks & exchanging information with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to build two-way trust, be adaptable and effectively juggle multiple demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing busy schedules & Executives
- Confident in engaging with various stakeholders including senior management
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & SharePoint
- Adobe Acrobat & Indesign would be highly regarded
- Proven success performing in a similar role
- Works well autonomously as well as part of a team
