Who we are
SELTEC is a one of the leading distributors of IT/AV hardware products and peripherals for many market leading global brands.
This role is based at Dandenong South offices as a Customer Support Representative who will be the key point of contact for an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on retention, growth and providing day to day customer service.
What will you do in the role
The role requires a detail oriented self-starter possessing the ability to work in a team environment supporting the Sales Team. The position is responsible for focusing on customer service and providing pro-active follow up and support.
You will be responsible for :
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Replying to quotation requests
- Administrative tasks on ERP systems
- Calling customers to follow up on orders
- Other Inside Sales and support tasks
- Ad-hoc duties as required
About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Prior experience within an B2B IT based environment
- Computer literacy and a keen enthusiasm for Technology
- Must have worked on CRMs preferably Netsuite.
- Competent skills with Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel.
