Are you an administration guru? LOVE supporting a team and being the go to person for anything admin related? Available immediately and ready to get stuck in? 

Based in Sydney CBD, this Property Development/Investment business have an immediate need for a Team Assistant to join the team and hit the ground running supporting the Executive Team. Whilst looking for someone on a permanent basis this position is an ongoing temporary contract. 

The role encompasses all general administration duties and will include: 

• Diary and meeting management 
• Managing expenses 
• Extensive travel coordination including flights, hotels and transfers 
• Assisting the EA with company meeting preparation - presentations, reports and collating papers 
• Relief reception duties - greeting guests, answering the phone 
• Ad hoc duties as required 

This is an opportunity to work for a successful, collaborative and forward thinking business in a crucial role to the exec team. Working closely with the EA, you will be able to think on your feet, use your initiative and be happy to complete all requests - big or small! You are confident with the MS Office suite, have great communication skills and naturally, a personable and professional demeanour!
