About the business and the role
Julie Albrecht and Associates has been operating as a Dietetic Practice on the Gold Coast for over 25 years. With up to two Dieticians and a psychologist working at one time it is a busy working environment requiring Receptionists with talented people skills, first class organisational skills and the ability to thrive on a demanding workload.The Receptionists play the key role in the smooth transition of patients from appointments, greetings, payments and letters to Doctors.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The two Receptionists share this role. This position is for three days a week (Wed - Fri) They cooperatively cover each other for holidays and sick days.
A eloquent phone manner, fast typing skills and experienced administrative and computer skills are essential to the role.
Skills and experience
Prior experience in a similar medical receptionist role is essential. The Shexie software program is the basis for patient administrative organisation. Significant typing is required for correspondence with Doctors. Responsibility for patient communication prior to arrival and comfort upon arrival are keys to the role.

It would be advantageous if you were available to commence training the week of the 9th July 2018 and commence on the 18th July 2018.
