Great opportunity for a multi skilled Administration / Project role within a fast-paced Sales driven team environment in our National Office located in Notting Hill, VIC.

About the role:

This is a great opportunity for a multi skilled Sales Administration  role within a fast-paced Sales driven team environment in our National Office located in Notting Hill, VIC.  It would ideally suit a  admin super star looking to launch their career.

This role is responsible for:

  • Data entry of a variety of projects in Word and Excel
  • Mail merges, executing formulas in excel and word to create reports and complete payroll tasks
  • Assisting with POS distribution using complex business systems
  • Assisting in Co-ordinating Brand Activators for adhoc project work
  • Ad hoc admin tasks as required

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

  • Strong administration and organization skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with V Look ups, the MS Office suite of products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and navigating a computer network
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident and approachable
  • Can use initiative and self-audit work while maintaining confidentiality
  • Steady under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
