The CPB Contractors Dragados Samsung joint venture (CPBDS-JV) has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $4bn WestConnex New M5. The New M5 is the second stage of WestConnex and will run in twin tunnels between the existing M5 East at Kingsgrove and new interchange at St Peters, providing improved access to the airport, South Sydney and Port Botany precincts.
The project is seeking expressions of interest from professionals in the following positions:
- Site Administrators
- Commercial Administrators
- Generalist Administrators
We are seeking applications from candidates who have proven experience providing a high level of administrative support in a high energy environment. To be suitable for these roles, it is ideal you have experience in construction or a similar environment.
Typical duties in these roles may include some or all of the following:
- General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and uploading to systems, printing and data entry
- Updating registers and trackers, predominantly in excel
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Coordinating subcontractors / employees
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Meeting minutes and management support
Proof of right to work will be required prior to successful appointment.
