Travel Coordinator
A leading construction company is looking for a Corporate Travel Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract in Ryde to assist with managing the travel requirements for employees. As a lot of employees travel intercity and interstate to look after various projects, they are looking for someone with similar experience to manage their travel requirements. This includes coordinating travel flights, car rentals and accommodation as needed, managing all costs such as credit card reconciliation associated with travel bookings and assisting the team leader when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the biggest companies in the Australian market and there is potential to extend the 6 month contract for longer or into a permanent position.
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Sound administration, systems and process experience gained in a similar role;
- Knowledge of administration systems/processes related to the travel function;
- Demonstrated ability in account reconciliations, extracting data from systems and interpreting information
- Previous experience in corporate travel is preferable
- Ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes
- Able to gather, source and collate information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
