VMO is currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to assist in the day to day management of a variety of data related to our Digital Signage Platform . This is a 6-12 month contract position based out of our Richmond Head Office. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Digital Inventory management of key retailers within shopping centres.
  • Updating various internal databases to ensure accurate, relevant information is accessible.
  • Maintaining relevant databases for Campaigns, User Accounts, Agencies and Advertisers.
  • Communicating internal & external stakeholders regarding
  • Liaising with relevant Sales, Commercial and Operations team members to provide up to date, accurate information on the status of campaigns throughout all the VMO networks.
  • Assisting in other day to day operations tasks

    This role is suited to someone with previous data administration experience. We will provide focused network operational training, previous IT/AV experience will be highly regarded. 

    What we're looking for: 

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
  • A detailed knowledge of the back end of Google Maps would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be able to work to strict timelines
  • Methodical and thorough
  • Team player who can also work without supervision
  • Positive approach to internal and team needs at all times
