About the Role

The GE Healthcare Region Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Service & Sales teams which will include (but is not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting with the tendering process
  • Assisting with sales quotes
  • Reporting, filing, and document creation
  • Supporting communication needs
  • Coordinating the day to day activities for the service maintenance team
  • Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings & making travel arrangements
  • Assist with events, conferences and exhibitions

This is a super busy role that will suit someone who loves to be organized, and has clear strategies to manage and prioritize their time! You will need to be able to juggle multiple balls in the air all at the same time, whilst being a pro at managing expectations through your exceptional communication style (both written and verbal).

Although the main focus of this role is to support our VIC teams, you are part of a wider, national administration team (based in Australia in different states and in Auckland, NZ) who work closely together and support each other to cover periods of leave.

About You

We are looking for a superstar administrator who loves to be busy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for an incredible career opportunity to work for a successful, growing, and global organization.

Ideally you will have held a similar role, ideally in a commercial field, and have proficient use of the MS Office Suit (speed, and accuracy!). You can multi-task, have brilliant communication skills, can work under pressure and take pride in your customer care skills. The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision is a must.
