We are a dynamic (B2B and B2C) Business, we are privately owned and operated and what we do - Is make a difference in the lives of Home Owners.

We assist in the legal process when people are going through a building dispute in tribunal or court. Our company is a building consultancy and we provide technical reports regarding Building and Construction defects.

We assist in legal cases as being Expert Witness’. We conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports to be used as evidence in litigation, appear in court for expert testimony and cross-examination, attend conclaves with other experts to settle matters and various other legal aspects.

We are young and vibrant. We are looking for a wonderful person with an outgoing personality and technical ability in various capacities.

We are growing quite fast and we need a superstar to support the Director and keep him organised as we grow, we currently support over 15 law firms in sydney and work with a significant number of landlords across New South Wales.

We are based in Sydney's South West at Prestons and this will be your base, although there is flexibility to do some work from home. 

We need someone that is multi-skilled.

This is a great opportunity to be exposed to three key aspects of business and report directly to the Managing Director.

Administration/Executive Assistant

  • Calendar management, planning and coordination of MD
  • Database management 
  • Office management
  • Taking phone calls (gate keeper)
  • Responding to client queries by phone and email
  • Assistance in preparation of legal submissions
  • Proof reading of legal reports
  • Typing and data entry

Bookkeeping

  • Set up accounting processes
  • Create invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Basic management reporting
  • Produce quotes, fee proposals and tax invoices
  • Follow up clients for payment and contract signings

Marketing

  • Execute the marketing strategy
  • Work with Marketing agencies on developing marketing activities
  • Strong digital marketing activities (web & Social media)
  • Handle all sales and marketing activities
  • Liaise with clients and prospective clients

Skills Required

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and natural phone manner
  • Good with people in general
  • Can Do attitude, positive and upbeat - The right culture fit is critical
  • Accounting package software experience (XERO, MYOB, etc.)
  • Administration skills
  • MS Word and Excel – intermediate to advanced level,
  • MS Powerpoint - Basic level
