Mount Gravatt Volkswagen is part of Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail group employing approximately 1350 people across 37 dealerships nationally.
The dealership is looking for someone with service reception and administration experience to meet and greet customers whilst assisting the service department.
This is a 6 month maternity relief position.

Some responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department
- Meeting and greeting customers in a positive way
- Taking service bookings
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
- Preparing of repair orders and updating customer details
- Managing the service department email inbox of all enquires
- Assist the service manager in general administration
- Representing the Volkswagen and Autosports Group brand at all times
To be considered for the position, you will have:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi skill and prioritise duties
- Well-developed communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable
