About the role

Conserve It is seeking a permanent full-time office administrator who can start immediately with a small close team and the position will be based at our Melbourne CBD office. We offer a great work place environment and many benefits for the right person.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inventory management
  • Updating and maintaining our documentation and databases.
  • Reception administration, answering phone calls promptly and assisting with any client queries, in a friendly and professional manners
  • Assisting with organizing events for clients and staff
  • Ensuring overall office upkeep
  • All general administration as required

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have/ be:

  • Minimum 1 year Experience within an administration support/ customer service/ accounts role
  • Strong computer literacy and competence in use of the MS office and MYOB
  • Quick learner with excellent written and communication skills
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Excellent time management and capable of multi- tasking with high attention to detail
  • The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people.
