As the Record Management Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the Records Management Team
- Undertake searches of archived files to obtain relevant information
- Records gathering and information management
- General administration support to the management team
- Have previous experience working within a records management and document management environment
- Have strong administration skills
- Have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Be a pro-active, self-motivated and adaptable individual
- Have a current working with children’s check, or be willing to complete a working with children’s check
- Be available for an immediate start
- Experience using TRIM would be an advantage but not essential
