South Australian Lease Management was established in 1993 to provide independent and professional commercial real estate advice to our clients. We offer a friendly work environment whilst taking great pride in the level of service we offer to our clients.
We are seeking a capable and dedicated person to join our team, initially for 3-4 days per week, with the flexibility to work additional days if required to cover staff on leave. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Your duties will include:
- Word processing and audio typing
- Answering incoming calls and general reception duties
- Receiving and sending mail by post and/or Courier
- Assisting with data entry and clerical work associated with our Property Management and Accounting systems
- Entering data in Microsoft Access and Excel programs
- File systems management and archiving
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing and emailing
- Making tea and coffee and attending to kitchen duties
You will need:
- Experience in an administrative role using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Outlook
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to follow directions and a high level of attention to detail
