A great opportunity exists for an experienced, friendly, bubbly and organised administrator to join this established business. 
We are looking for an applicant to add to their culture, drive excellent customer service as well as being the backbone to the business in an admin capacity. This is an ongoing, full time, temporary role.
This role is based in Armadale - a vibrant Melbourne suburb. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer service
• Assisting various teams
• Data entry
• Support senior staff
• Maintenance of database 
• Basic office management
• Keeping office tidy
• Phone, email and face to face communication

REQUIREMENTS

• Substantial experience from a similar role previously 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Unquestionable attention to detail and organisation
• Natural enthusiasm and self motivation for the role
• Pride on own presentation and a great attitude essential! 
• Technically astute

You are professional and possess excellent clear communication skills.
You offer proven experience in a similar role incorporating exceptional organisational ability, prioritising, attention to detail, and all round positive attitude.
