The opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, an opportunity has become available for a Learning and Development Administrator to join the Organisational Development business unit and support the deployment of e-learning and learning and development initiatives.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating and supporting face-to-face L&D programs by sourcing venues, program administration, event coordination and preparation of materials
  • Providing administration support to the Group Organisation Development team as required
  • Tracking all costs against budget and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintaining training records and managing the monthly reporting for compliance purposes
  • Working to continually improve and streamline administration processes
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested

The ideal candidate?

The successful candidate will have solid administrative experience, preferably in an L&D or HR environment. They will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills accompanied with strong attention to detail, problem solving, planning and organisational skills. They will have solid computer literacy with strong knowledge of Excel and experience using a Learning Management System to record, monitor and report on training.
