Monadelphous seeks a highly organised and articulate administrator to join the white collar recruitment team.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to handle competing priorities to meet deadlines. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude will be an invaluable attribute to ensure success in this busy role.
This role will commence as a fixed term contract (holiday pay, sick pay etc) with a long term view to permanency. It will require full-time work hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Volume data entry
- Candidate Reference checks; strong verbal communciation required
- Maintaining candidate records on the database in an accurate and efficient manner
- Liaising with recruitment team members to ensure smooth flow of information and utilisation of the database
- Booking of medicals/training/I.T and travel requests
- Reviewing and posting advertisements on internet job boards
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Answering incoming calls
The successful candidate does not necessarily have to come from an administrtion background however would require the following:
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Speedy typing and proficiency with Microsoft word and Excel
- A strong ability to use data base programs
- A like for repetitive tasks and being able to juggle competing prioritites
- Flexible to changing priorities
- A long term focus - This role is view to permanancy, initally contract.
- Well developed interpersonal and written communication skiils
To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills, coupled with the ability to deal with a demanding workload (at times) whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. We are looking for a long term employee, the intial term will be a six month contract with the option of extending or going permanent over time.
