Located in Burton, South Australia, Pipetech specialises in the design and manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Structures.
Pipetech is looking for an Administration/Finance officer to join us for an immediate start. This office based position offers permanent employment, excellent working conditions along with a fully Safety Accredited workshop.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- An exceptional level of professionalism and communication skills.
- You will possess great organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn new tasks.
- Be reliable.
- Excellent understanding of MS Office
- Experience in MYOB AccountRight preferable.
Successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Paying of wages MYOB
- Weekly Payroll MYOB
- Assisting with general office administration
- Photocopying, scanning and filling
- Greeting clients
- Organising couriers
- Answering/Screening calls
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

This is a full-time role based in the office working Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm.
