Pepkor South East Asia (PSEA) is multi-brand retail business operating in Australia & New Zealand with a mandate to expand within the region. We are part of the global Pepkor group. In our region we are proud to have Best & Less, Harris Scarfe, Debenhams and Postie under the PSEA portfolio.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Operations Coordinator to join our IT Operations team based in our Leichhardt office. The purpose of the role is to provide  coordination, support & process improvement to our IT Operations team for a number of our initiatives, applications & systems. We need someone to help us implement our vision and drive solutions!

To be considered for this position you will have a sense of urgency, great attention to detail, strong resilience and excellent customer service skills.

You will also have:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role with some project coordination experience
  • Advanced MS Excel (complex formulae & pivot tables) and Word skills
  • process management and administration skills
  • excellent document management & version control skills
  • basic financial cost-control experience including invoice management
  • the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders & external vendors
  • an enthusiastic "can do" attitude!

These elements aren't required, but would be a bonus:

  • Office 365 / SharePoint superuser experience
  • basic SQL query-building for custom reporting
  • database/platform management - AD/SCCM/ZenDesk
