About us

Debtech is a project management consultancy and an opportunity has become available for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

Your role

We are recruiting for an individual for a front office project administration and professional services support position. The suitable applicant is positive, proactive, organised, flexible, and ready for an immediate start.

Based in the Melbourne CBD, the right candidate will support the team of consultants to service clients, run the office day to day administration, develop skills in the field of project management, contract administration and construction across the entire office.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Handling the office front end; coordinating meetings and directing enquiries to appropriate team members
  • Responding to client needs and providing additional support where necessary
  • Supporting the office team with preparation and formatting of technical documentation
  • Participating in various project management and construction management activities including estimating, contract management and design management
  • Document control for projects including electronic and hardcopy filing
  • Managing account responsibilities, including time and expense management and reporting, transmitting sales invoices to clients and following up accounts
  • Maintaining company website content 
  • Being the primary person answering incoming phone calls

What you need

We are looking for someone with confident communications skills, excellent with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe PDF with previous Administration or Office experience. You will need to have the willingness to learn and be able to develop proficiency with new software and work within a professional services team environment. This role would suit a person looking to gain experience within a project management consulting group.
