 The Opportunity

Seeking an experienced and proactive individual, with qualifications and relevant experience in contract management. 

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Develop and monitor contract management plans for executed contracts
  • Proactively manage relationships and outcomes in line with contract objectives and deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors including effectively managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations with contractors as required
  • Support Program Officer to manage compliance and achievement against milestones and key performance metrics
  • Conduct quality audits as agreed, to ensure our suppliers are delivering programs within contractual requirements.
  • Support contracted providers in the use of referral management and other systems to ensure compliance with budgets and other reporting milestones.
  • Accurately update key data relative to supply, in Contract Management System
  • Support in maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports on supplier performance

About you

The successful candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles underpinning commissioning and contract management
  • Experience in project planning, scoping, development and  evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
