Aftersales & Warranty Clerk
Carworks & Ballarat Renault currently has a position available for an Aftersales & Warranty Clerk to join our busy service team. The role focuses customer follow up and identifying warranty items and following the claiming procedure, you will become a warranty expert and be able to advise on factory warranty items and follow the process through to a claim.
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:
- Collect RO’s and ensure quality information is received
- Process factory warranty claims
- Process Warranty Pre- Approval
- Assist with service bookings
- Assist with invoicing
- Maintaining the reminder wizard
- Perform clerical duties
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Have excellent customer service and communication skills

- Neat and tidy appearance
