Kinlay Grinham Casey Burne (KGCB) is an established Quantity Surveying Company located in St Leonards and are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant with great organisational and computer skills to support a team of experienced quantity surveyors with their daily admin needs.

A covering letter must be included addressing the criteria listed above to be considered for the role. 

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

  • Filing, emailing, typing and formatting reports, proposals and invoices
  • Assisting the team with administration work
  • Maintaining office systems and supplies
  • Managing emails and calendar for the Director

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of three years experience within a similar role
  • Advanced MS Office skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiar with Dropbox and other file sharing software 
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Attention to detail and ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Must be an Australian resident
