This organisation is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional program/project officer  to lead  and develop key stakeholder relationship projects and assist in the case management and coordination of support for trainees.

Reporting to the Project Data Collection Manager you will be accountable for supporting a greater project team . Your core responsibility will be to lead and drive the team nurturing a customer centric and continuous improvement philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage engagement and stakeholder programs
  • Data Collection
  • Minute taking and facilitation of meetings and further training
  • Report writing and correspondence
  • Administrative support to project team
  • Assist in driving and leading projects

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Project Officer experience
  • Experience managing committees 
  • Strong secretariat skills
  • Expenriece in report writing
  • Experience within health
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
