The opportunity

We are looking for a customer service representative who wants to build a successful career and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your purpose

As a Doric customer service representative, you will provide a thorough customer service experience by effectively managing any issues and resolving queries as the first point of contact.  Processing customer orders and providing confirmation in a timely manner.  You will build strong relationships with customers and have a proactive approach to problem solving.

What you will need to succeed

We are ideally looking for a candidate that possesses the following;

  • 3 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • A flexible and self-motivated attitude
  • Knowledge of the Window and Door industry and/or Timber and Joinery industry would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible to work a monthly rotating shift Mon – Fri 8am–4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm and 9am-5pm
