You responsibilities will include:
- Taking telephone calls
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Email management
- Data entry
- Document control
- Processing orders
- Updated internal CRM system
- Preparing invoices
- Troubleshooting for clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Perfect communication manner
- MS office skills
- Experience with SAP
- The ability to work in a fast paced role
- Experience in a similar sales support / order processing role
