Our client is a global leader in the development, design and integration of industry specific software. With over 35 offices worldwide their Australian owned and operated subsidiary boasts local market leadership and a dynamic and progressive approach to this niche industry.

Reporting to the National Administration Manager, this position has been newly created to join the Sales & Marketing team to allow them to focus on building and expanding business in their specialised field.  Primarily you will provide support to the sales function in quote preparation, processing orders and organising software license agreements however you will also have daily interaction with customers via phone and email.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Managing client sales inquiries relating to changes to software license subscriptions, licensing of new software modules and queries about existing software license arrangements
  • On-boarding new clients, issuing license keys, maintaining relevant databases and records
  • Responding to prospect and client inquiries generated through sales and marketing campaigns
  • Managing information flow between relevant sales, technical and support teams
  • Acting as first point of contact for all new and existing clients for all level of sales inquiries
  • Assisting with market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • All other administration support as required by the Sales team
The role requires someone who has exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. The successful incumbent will be highly organised and able to work independently as well as part of a busy team.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous customer service / administration experience along with a high degree of accuracy and capability utilising CRM systems and MS Office. You will be someone who thrives on customer interaction and has the communication skills and maturity to liaise with professionals at all levels both internally and externally.  Similar experience in a technology environment is not essential but would be highly regarded.
