The Company:

This global engineering consultancy is looking for a team administration officer, with strong all-round office skills.  

The company has a collaborative culture offering excellent work/life balance and the chance to be apart of a team working on unique national projects.

Our client is especially keen to hear from candidates that are natural communicators, have assisted with all aspects of office administration and have a background working in the engineering or construction space.  

What you’ll do:
  • Utilise your experience in Providing professional support to the office in the delivery of its key objectives in compliance with the quality management systems
  • Use your natural, confident communication style as the first of contact for stakeholder enquiries
  • Apply your organisation skills to manage the production of conferences and events as directed by the line manager
  • Bring your high attention to ensure that all documentation produced within the office is formatted to the required template
  • Employ your administration skills to assist with admin duties on an ad hoc basis
  • Organise and manage the production of agendas, management information and minutes within a timely manner
  • Assist in the structure and updating of both hard and soft copy filing, ensuring that all documentation is readily available and current
What you’ll bring:
  • Confident communication skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in administration/secretarial role
  • Strong proactivity, energy and presence
  • Certificate in administration or similar
  • Competency in MS Office, Deltek and SharePoint
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exposure to fee writing will be highly regarded
