Kia Motors is one of the world’s fastest growing motor vehicle manufacturers represented in over 172 countries across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised administrative coordinator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative coordination in our Kia Dealership Development team.
Working in the Dealer Network Development team your responsibilities will include:
- Management of Dealer franchise agreements, policies and departmental document control
- Managing the dealer network database and ensuring that all Dealer information is current and accurate
- Organisational management of all documentation archiving
- Administration assistance with the preparation of dealership presentation reports, invoicing and dealer facility related activities
- Support the team with all Dealer network development activities
- Assist with continual business process improvement through documentation and innovation
We are looking for someone with the following attributes;
- A positive attitude with a strong professional work ethic
- High attention to detail whilst staying organised
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative by planning ahead
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all levels of management.
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft office skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven administrative experience
- Automotive industry experience favourable but not essential
